Where do you ship?

We want to make things easy, so we offer free worldwide shipping.



How long does shipping take?

We partnered with FedEx and An Post to deliver for free, and shipping times vary depending on destination and is displayed at checkout.  

If you’re in the EU, FedEx Priority shipping is free! *

Remember that every piece is handcrafted to order, and will take 10 working days to produce from the moment you place the order.



How will I know when my order ships?

We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order ships.



How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide for free.



Can I choose to expedite shipping?

We offer FedEx Express International at an additional cost at checkout (varies by destination).

Just remember that every piece is handcrafted to order, and will take 10 working days to produce from the moment you place an order.

 

Lost Package

To avoid the hassle of lost packages, every piece we ship is track & traced, and requires signature for delivery.

Please note that Rybelo is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

 

 

International Taxes & Duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for rates or calculate expected duties and taxes here.

 

What is your return policy?

All our items are made to order, however we understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. For this reason we accept returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can start a return for a refund within 7 days of the  date you've received your package if in the EU. 

Please send us an e-mail at hello@rybelo.com and we'll send you the instructions.

Please note that items that are returned must be unworn or unused and must be sent in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used. Once we receive your returned items we'll inspect it and notify you of the next steps.

Return/Exchange Fees: €20 fee deducted from final refund.

*Personalized, engraved or custom pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

*At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges outside the EU. All international sales are final.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

 

If the ring, necklace or bracelet you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 30-days of the order date.

Exchange Fees: €20 fee for shipping applies to exchanges. If you wish to exchange an items, please send us and e-mail and we'll give you the instructions.

At this time, we are not able to process exchanges outside the EU.

All sales outside the EU are final.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Depending on your bank it may take up to 10 business days after the refund has been processed.

 

Does my order include a warranty?


Yes, all jewellery purchased from Rybelo comes with a 6-month warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces, and want you to be fully satisfied. If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost gemstones.

Please note that Rybelo is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
